    A.Social media influences buying decisions. People are 70 per cent more likely to make a purchasing decision based on a friend’s social media update. Your clients will be looking for social proof and will turn to their friends and the brands they love to be educated and to find out more about your customer experience and the products and services you sell.

  • Q.Can you use social media if you have a professional services business?

    A.Some businesses feel that because they don’t sell products, they won’t have anything fun or interesting to share. Not true!     A.Social media isn’t an option for business owners it’s a necessity. Your clients will be using social media in some form, it’s a matter of researching to find out what platforms they’re using and how they’re using them. To be found you need to have an online presence. Before someone does business with you, they will look at your website and your social media profiles to see what the customer experience is like.

  • Q.Only young people use social media.

    A.Not true. According to Pew Research Centre, 65 percent of all American adults use social networking sites—a nearly ten-fold jump in the last decade. While 90 percent of young adults use social media, its use in people aged 65 and older has tripled since 2010, to 35 percent. So it’s pretty likely that your customers are using social media. If you’re having trouble reaching them, remember that different groups consume content differently.

  • Q.Are the mentoring calls structured?

    A.Yes, the sessions are structured and tailored to the needs of each client, with a focus on strategy, content planning and production, engagement and measuring ROI. Before your mentoring calls you’ll receive a reminder email which will also include the agenda for the session to ensure we maximise our time together.

  • Q.What happens if I can't make one of the scheduled mentoring calls?

    A.All mentoring calls will be scheduled at the time of booking so you can lock them in your diary. If you miss one, you will forfeit the session. A refund, or part-refund will not be issued if you can’t attend a mentoring session. While every effort will be made to ensure that all mentoring sessions run as scheduled, Liquid Mango reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any group or private mentoring call.

  • Q.Can I do face-to-face mentoring sessions rather than via Skype?

    A.No. The sessions are delivered online via Skype. This is done successfully as we can talk, share computer screens and collaborate to build your social media success.

  • Q.What happens after I book in?

    A.Once you book in you’ll receive a confirmation email and our special Gratitude Pack. The confirmation email will contain further information about your mentoring, including a client brief. This brief must be completed and emailed back to our office before your 30-minute action plan call. The brief will allow us to get to know your business on a much deeper level and from there we can tailor your mentoring sessions accordingly. Our aim is to learn as much as we can about you and your business so you get value and tangible results from the mentoring sessions.

  • Q.Can I book in for one month?

    A.Social media is an investment in your community and your business. Results don’t happen overnight and this is why there is a minimum six-month commitment for our social media mentoring.
