If you’re having trouble reaching them, remember that different groups consume content differently.

    A.Step 1: Upon booking and scheduling your Social Media Acceleration Call, we will email you a client brief to complete before your scheduled session. This brief will allow you to communicate what you’re looking to achieve during the 60-minutes and it will provide us with the necessary information needed to tailor the session specifically for your business.

    Step 2: During the 60-minute call we will cover the pre-determined topics. After the session you will be provided with a summary report outlining the key outcomes from the call as well as recommendations.


  • Q.How are the Social Media Acceleration Calls delivered?

    A.Calls are delivered via Skype.

  • Q.Do you only offer online consulting?

    A.In person social media consulting can be arranged at your offices. Limited places are available and additional travel fees may apply. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

  • Q.What happens if I need to cancel my Social Media Acceleration Call?

    A.Cancellations relating to your Social Media Acceleration Call must be made in writing to Alternatively call us on 1300 880 233 to discuss your options.

    Cancellations received within 48 hours of your scheduled session (Commencement Date) will forfeit the full registration fee.

    A refund, or part-refund will not be issued if a Registrant does not attend their session at the allocated time.

    Cancellations received outside of the 48 hours prior to the commencement of your session (Commencement Date) will attract a full refund, less an administration fee, of $50 + GST. Rescheduling options are available, call 1300 880 233 to discuss your options.

    While every effort will be made to ensure that your session runs as scheduled, Liquid Mango reserves the right to cancel or reschedule it.
